Do you support private transactions?
Soon will be supporting private transfers through PrivacyCash via USDC, USDT, and SOL Pools.
How It Works
How does the recipient receive the money?
Payments are automatically settled on local rails. Recipients receive funds directly in their mobile money or bank account:
- No wallet required - funds arrive in their existing mobile money or bank account
- Automatic conversion - USDC is converted to local currency automatically
- Receipt provided - Recipients receive SMS or app notification with transaction receipt
- Instant access - Funds are available immediately for use
How do I add money/topup my account?
You can swap into USDC on SOL using Jupiter for swaps directly into dApp, or directly transfer. Soon we are adding cross-chain topups through NEAR Intents, and fiat, card, apple pay topups through onramps.
Do I need gas / transaction fee to use this?
You only need USDC in your wallet! reply.cash uses the Kora relayer to automatically pay SOL gas fees from your USDC balance. The relayer charges a 10% margin on the SOL transaction fee (typically < $0.01 total). No SOL needed - just ensure you have sufficient USDC balance. Learn more about gas fees →
What is the minimum and maximum spend for mobile money transactions?
Transaction limits vary by country and currency. Please check the app for current limits based on your selected country and payment method.
Security and Safety
Is it secure?
reply.cash is non custodial and we integrate non custodial integrations for payments, topups, and privacy.
What happens if I send money to the wrong account?
Before transaction completes:
- If you catch the error immediately, contact support with the transaction hash
- Some transactions may be cancellable if caught early
- Check transaction status in your dashboard
After transaction completes:
- Once the payment is settled on local rails, transactions cannot be reversed
- Mobile money and bank transfers are final once completed
- Always double-check phone numbers and account numbers before sending
- Contact support immediately if you sent to the wrong number/account
What if my payment failed but USDC was deducted from my wallet?
If USDC was deducted from your wallet but the local payment was not completed, you are eligible for a refund. Please see our Refund Policy for detailed instructions on how to request a refund. You'll need to contact support via tawk.to (integrated in app) or Discord with your transaction hash, payment country, and payment method.
Do I need KYC verification to use reply.cash?
No KYC required for senders! To send payments via reply.cash, you only need:
- A Solana wallet with USDC balance (no SOL needed - gas fees paid automatically via relayer)
- No identity verification or KYC process
- No personal documents needed
For recipients: Recipients don't need any verification - they receive funds directly to their mobile money or bank account, which is already verified by their mobile money provider or bank.
Costs and Limits
How much does it cost to use reply.cash?
