Send to mobile money or bank accounts​

Send money to mobile money - Entry screen

  1. Tap "Send" on the home screen.
  2. Select "Send to Mobile Money" or "Send to Bank".
  3. Choose the recipient's country.
  4. Select the payment method (e.g., M-Pesa, Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money, or Bank). Send money to mobile money - Enter phone number and amount
  5. Enter the recipient's phone number or account details.
  6. Enter the amount (automatically converted to local currency).
  7. Review and confirm.
  8. Authenticate using your PIN or biometrics.
  9. The recipient receives funds directly in their mobile money or bank account.

Send to Wallet Address​

For wallet-to-wallet transfers:

Send money to wallet address - Entry screen

  1. Tap "Send" on the home screen.
  2. Select "Send to Wallet". Send money to wallet - Enter wallet address and amount
  3. Enter the recipient's wallet address or scan their QR code.
  4. Enter the amount.
  5. Review details and tap "Confirm".
  6. Authenticate using your PIN or biometrics.
  7. Wait for confirmation.
