Withdraw your USDC or USDT from reply.cash to an external wallet or exchange.

Withdraw to External Wallet​

Step-by-Step Instructions​

  1. Open reply.cash

    • Visit app.reply.cash
    • Connect your Solana wallet if not already connected

  2. Navigate to Withdraw

    • Click "Withdraw" in the navigation menu
    • Or go to your wallet balance section and select "Withdraw"

  3. Select Asset

    • Choose the asset you want to withdraw (USDC or USDT)
    • Ensure you're withdrawing from Solana network (SPL tokens)

  4. Enter Destination Address

    • Enter the recipient wallet address manually
    • Or scan the QR code if available
    • Important: Double-check the address - transactions cannot be reversed

  5. Enter Amount

    • Enter the amount you want to withdraw
    • Review your available balance
    • Note: You'll need to keep some SOL for gas fees

  6. Review Network Fees

    • Solana transaction fees are typically less than $0.01
    • Fees are deducted from your SOL balance
    • Ensure you have sufficient SOL for gas

  7. Confirm and Authenticate

    • Review all details carefully
    • Approve the transaction in your wallet
    • Wait for confirmation (usually 1-2 seconds)

  8. Transaction Complete

    • You'll receive a confirmation notification
    • Check the transaction on Solana Explorer
    • Funds will appear in the destination wallet

Withdraw to Exchange​

To withdraw to a cryptocurrency exchange:

  1. Get Your Exchange Deposit Address

    • Log into your exchange account (Coinbase, Binance, etc.)
    • Navigate to "Deposit" or "Receive"
    • Select USDC or USDT
    • Critical: Select Solana network (not Ethereum or other networks)
    • Copy the deposit address

  2. Follow Withdrawal Steps Above

    • Use the exchange deposit address as the destination
    • Ensure you selected the correct network (Solana)
    • Complete the withdrawal

  3. Wait for Exchange Confirmation

    • Exchange may take a few minutes to process
    • Check your exchange account for deposit confirmation

Important Notes​

Network Selection​

  • Always use Solana network when withdrawing from reply.cash
  • reply.cash uses Solana Program Library (SPL) tokens
  • Sending to wrong network (e.g., Ethereum) will result in lost funds

Gas Fees​

  • You need SOL in your wallet for transaction fees
  • Recommended: Keep 0.01-0.1 SOL for multiple transactions
  • Fees are typically less than $0.01 per transaction

Address Verification​

  • Always double-check the destination address
  • Test with a small amount first if unsure
  • Transactions on Solana are irreversible

Minimum Withdrawal Amounts​

  • No minimum withdrawal amount set by reply.cash
  • Ensure you have enough to cover gas fees
  • Some exchanges may have minimum deposit requirements

Troubleshooting Withdrawals​

Transaction Failed​

  • Check you have sufficient SOL for gas fees
  • Verify the destination address is valid
  • Ensure you're using Solana network address
  • Try again after a few minutes

Funds Not Appearing​

  • Check transaction status on Solana Explorer
  • Verify the destination address is correct
  • For exchanges: Wait for exchange processing time
  • Contact support with transaction hash if issue persists

Insufficient Balance​

  • Ensure you have enough USDC/USDT to withdraw
  • Keep some SOL for gas fees (don't withdraw all funds)
  • Check for any pending transactions
