Claiming Gifts​

Step 1: Receiving Your Gift​

  • Gift notifications arrive via your chosen platform (Twitter DM, WhatsApp, SMS, email, etc.)
  • Gift link format: https://app.reply.cash/claim/[]
  • Important: Each gift link is unique and can only be claimed once
  • Expiration: Gifts typically expire after 7-30 days (check the specific gift details)

Generate a direct link to send stablecoins to any supported social account.

How it works:
  1. Select the social platform where the recipient is active
  2. Enter their handle (username) on that platform
  3. Click "Generate Gift Link" to create a personalized sending link
  4. Use the link to send stablecoins directly through app.reply.cash
  5. The recipient gets notified and can claim funds via platform authentication

Step 2: Opening the Claim Page​

  1. Click the gift link from your notification
  2. Review gift details including:
    • Amount and token type (USDC, USDT, etc.)
    • Sender information
    • Blockchain network
    • Expiration date
  3. Check legitimacy - verify the sender is someone you know

Step 3: Platform Authentication​

  1. Select your platform (Twitter/X, GitHub, etc.)
  2. Authenticate your account via the platform's secure login
  3. Verify your identity - confirm you control the account that received the gift
  4. Grant permissions - allow reply.cash to verify your account ownership

Step 4: Wallet Setup (If Needed)​

If you don't have a wallet yet:

  1. Choose wallet creation - reply.cash will create a secure wallet for you
  2. Save your recovery phrase - write down and store your seed phrase securely
  3. Set up security - add additional security measures if desired

If you already have a wallet:

  1. Connect existing wallet - link your current wallet to receive funds
  2. Verify ownership - confirm you control the wallet address
  3. Select receiving address - choose where to receive the funds

Step 5: Completing the Claim​

  1. Review transaction details one final time
  2. Confirm claim - click the claim button to initiate the transfer
  3. Wait for confirmation - the blockchain transaction will be processed
  4. Success notification - you'll receive confirmation when funds are received

Frequently Asked Questions​

Do I need to pay anything to claim a gift?​

No! Claiming gifts is completely free. All gas fees and transaction costs are covered by the sender or reply.cash.

Can I claim a gift multiple times?​

No. Each gift link can only be claimed once. After claiming, the link becomes invalid.

What happens if I don't claim my gift?​

Unclaimed gifts expire after the set timeframe (usually 7-30 days) and are returned to the sender.
