Complete step-by-step guide to using Jupiter wallet with reply.cash and Solana dApps.

Jupiter is primarily a DEX (Decentralized Exchange) aggregator for Solana, but it also offers wallet functionality integrated with their swap platform. It provides the best swap rates across all Solana DEXs.

How it works:

  1. You connect your wallet (Jupiter or any Solana wallet) to reply.cash
  2. You sign transactions to approve payments

  5. Your funds are never held by reply.cash - they move directly from your wallet to the recipient

Using Jupiter with Your Wallet​

Note: Jupiter is primarily a swap platform. You can use Jupiter to swap tokens, but you'll need to connect an existing Solana wallet (like Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack) to use Jupiter and reply.cash.

Step 1: Connect Your Wallet to Jupiter​

  1. Visit jup.ag
  2. Click "Connect Wallet"
  3. Select your Solana wallet:
    • Phantom
    • Solflare
    • Backpack
    • MetaMask (with Solana Snap)
    • Brave Wallet
    • Or any Wallet Standard compatible wallet
  4. Approve the connection in your wallet
  5. Your wallet is now connected to Jupiter!

Step 2: Swap Tokens on Jupiter​

  1. Once connected, you can swap tokens directly on Jupiter
  2. Select the token you want to swap FROM (e.g., SOL)
  3. Select the token you want to swap TO (e.g., USDC)
  4. Enter the amount
  5. Review the swap rate and fees
  6. Click "Swap"
  7. Approve the transaction in your wallet
  8. Tokens are swapped and appear in your wallet

Step 3: Use Swapped Tokens with reply.cash​

  1. After swapping to USDC on Jupiter, visit app.reply.cash
  2. Connect the same wallet you used with Jupiter
  3. Your USDC balance will be available
  4. You can now send payments using the USDC you swapped

Transaction Signing with Jupiter​

Important: Every movement of funds requires your signature. reply.cash cannot move your funds without your explicit approval.

How Signing Works with Jupiter​

When using Jupiter:

  1. You connect your wallet (Phantom, Solflare, etc.) to Jupiter
  2. When you initiate a swap, your wallet opens automatically
  3. Review the swap details (amount, rate, fees)
  4. Sign the transaction in your wallet (password, biometric, etc.)
  5. Transaction is sent to Solana network
  6. Swap completes and tokens appear in your wallet

Note: The signing method depends on which wallet you connected to Jupiter. Jupiter itself doesn't control signing - that's handled by your connected wallet.

Connecting to reply.cash via Jupiter​

Method 1: Direct Connection​

  1. Visit app.reply.cash
  2. Click "Connect Wallet"
  3. Select your wallet (the same one you use with Jupiter)
  4. Approve the connection
  5. Your wallet is connected!

Method 2: Swap First, Then Connect​

  1. Visit jup.ag and connect your wallet
  2. Swap tokens to USDC if needed
  3. Visit app.reply.cash
  4. Connect the same wallet
  5. Your USDC balance is available for payments

Troubleshooting​

Can't Connect Wallet to Jupiter​

Swap Failed​
